If you have any profile picture or any other personal information to show with your name it will be visible besides comment, after the comment approval.

Media and Files

If you are willing to upload images here, make sure it’s not have any embedded location data (EXIF GPS) with it. Other visitor or bot can download and extract the information from them.

There is nothing to be worry about the security of the contact form. We have added all the security essential for contact form handling. If you contact with us, be subscribed or make comment only then we will get direct access of your email and personal information you are consciously sharing with us, But this is must to inform you that we occasionally use your email address to send you special offer or inform about the about new blog post and other updates. We don’t normally share your data with third-party. We have some third party plugins for security and user experience. They may sometime use your data. But don’t worry, they are all trusted and reputed like wp jetpack etc.

How long we retain your data

Comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely and you know it’s necessary. So that your comments are easily recognized and approved any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

User profile data are also hold forever. These data are on your control. You can always see your data as your profile and from profile setting you can edit change and delete them. Users are also able to delete whole account if they want. Once register you never can change your username only. And this is to inform that besides you site administrator can also see your data.

What rights you have over your data

Account data or comment data will be provided as it is holding by us on your query. Or you can request us erase any data. Data that only track and used by system for UX or security may not always directly accessible if you query for. Like the category you read mostly. Visitor comments checked through Akismet Anti-Spam plugin. This is a automated service and trusted widely for WordPress Security.

Jetpack and google analytics also use your behavior data. But those can’t be harmful for you.

Your contact information

Contact information are sensitive. So we don’t keep any way to request for them from browser or any third party. It’s only us use them to contact with you to offer any service, or keep you updated about our site. And every email we send you will have the link to unsubscribe from our emails.

We use trusted and secure WP plugin which encrypted all user data and also prevent direct access to them. With salt keys and all other protocol we also ensure best security of our site so that nobody can hack into our site to collect your data.
